1

START WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALER.

Bring your knife to a participating Benchmade dealer. Not sure where to go or who offers LifeSharp Service? Visit benchmade.com/store-locator to find a nearby shop.

HAND IT OFF.

A store associate will help walk you through the service form and provide you with the necessary shipping materials—everything needed can be found at benchmade.com/retail-lifesharp.

PACK IT UP RIGHT.

Folders: Close the blade and slide it into the provided paper blade sleeve, peel off the adhesive backing, and affix the face to the knife.
Fixed blades: Use your original sheath if you’ve got it. If not, the paper blade sleeve does the job. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and firmly affix the face to blade through the slots provided in the sleeve.

Carefully place your wrapped knife(s) into the rigid envelope, close the Velcro flap. Slide the rigid envelope into the plastic courier bag and seal the flap, apply the prepaid label to the plastic courier bag, and send it our way.
